Hi, my name is Elaine (NixCat) and I used to be crafty. My favorite creations were made of Vintage, recycled and re-purposed bits and pieces. The more I crafted the more materials I needed. I would haunt attics, flea markets, yard and estate sales, and search on-line for the perfect pieces. Then I discovered that I was enjoying the hunt more than the crafting. This is the point in the story where you get lucky!
